Tercot Communities was proud to introduce a new low-rise housing development in Markham last week.
Tercot consultants, with Ward 7 Councillor, Logan Kanapathi and city staff held a community consultation regarding the zoning application. The consultation was held at the Armadale Community Centre located at 2401 Denison Street in Markham, Ontario.
The consultation began with an introduction of the potential development by Mr. Kanapathi. City Staff and Tercot consultants detailed the zoning, site plan and design concepts on display and ended with a Q & A period.
“We are believers in transparency,” said Joe Valela, Principal of Tercot Communities. “We wanted the community to participate and be involved in an informal manner prior to the public hearing. The planning process is an important element in creating liveable communities. I am pleased with the outcome and thankful to all the local citizens that attended.”
A big thanks to everyone who came out! Here are a few pictures from the event.
